(8) What should users be careful about? (Prohibited items)
Your package may be discarded or returned due to the inclusion of prohibited items. This may result in additional fees such as return shipping costs, split service fees for repackaging and reshipping. We are not responsible for any delays or costs incurred or incurred due to the inclusion of restricted or prohibited items. (5) Can I choose an overseas courier?
You can choose a courier considering the shipping cost, but the overseas courier may change depending on the circumstances of the delivery company. There is no additional charge for changing the overseas courier due to the circumstances of the delivery company.
(4) How are service fees determined?
Online orders are charged per 1 Package (the total of items purchased in one payment) and must be purchased through our Warehouse. If you wish to purchase at a different address, please contact http://pf.kakao.com/_jpxexkG. Offline orders are charged based on the time it takes to purchase. Check the service fee in advance through http://pf.kakao.com/_jpxexkG.
(3) I wonder what service each order function is related to.
(1) Buy Order: This is an order to request Pickup Korea to purchase items to be sent to the Korean Warehouse. Both online and offline purchases are possible, and for offline purchases, please inquire in advance at http://pf.kakao.com/_jpxexkG. (2) Package Forward Order (PF Order): This is an order used when the user directly purchases items to be sent to the Korean Warehouse. To confirm that the items have arrived safely, please provide the information on the items purchased through the PF Order. (3) Shipping Request: This is an order requesting delivery of items that have arrived at the Korean Warehouse. You can save on shipping costs by consolidating all the contents of the package you selected into one box. The consolidation and repackaging process takes 2-3 business days, and delivery will be made after you pay all shipping costs and other service costs.
